Overview

A Style Guide in Xapi allows you to apply a consistent set of rules to your APIs. These rules ensure that your API adheres to best practices and organizational standards, providing uniformity and improving API quality across all projects. Xapi provides two types of style guides:

• Public Style Guides: Predefined style guides that contain a set of rules covering general API design best practices.

• Custom Style Guides: Style guides that can be tailored to fit your organization’s specific API needs by selecting particular rules from public guides.

Style guides can be applied at the organization level, ensuring that all API projects within the organization adhere to a consistent set of validation rules.
