Disabling project API catalog
The organization owner and organization admins can disable the API catalog of a project that is created under their organization. When disabling the project catalog, you may either:
- Keep the API catalog items in view-only mode
- Discard the API catalog items
Note: All APIs, API collections, and API models that are created under a project with a disabled project catalog, will be visible under the corresponding organization catalog.
Tip: Before you begin
Disabling the project catalog and keeping catalog items
To disable the project catalog while keeping the catalog items:

On the left-navigation pane, disable the API catalog toggle button.
Note that a confirmation pop-up appears.

Select the Yes, keep items and disable the project API catalog option.

Click Yes, proceed.

Enter the reason for disabling the API catalog.

Click Yes, disable. Note that the disabled API catalog appears with its items in view-only mode.
Disabling the project catalog and discarding catalog items
To disable the project catalog and discard all catalogs items permanently:

On the left-navigation pane, disable the API catalog toggle button.
Note that a confirmation pop-up appears

Select the No, discard items and disable the project API catalog option.

Click Yes, proceed. Note that a confirmation pop-up appears.

Enter the project name of the API catalog.

Click Yes, disable. Note that the API catalog disappears from the project while deleting all the items.
