Viewing Kanban ticket

Xapi facilitates organization owner, organization admins, project members and consumers to view a project Kanban ticket.

To view a Kanban ticket:

1. Select a prefferd Kanban ticket. Note that the Kanban ticket pop-up appears.

   
   
   

   You may access following ticket features:

   • History: This displays all activities related to the Kanban ticket.
   • Attachments: This is to attach files related to the Kanban ticket.
   • Flag: This is to highlight the Kanban ticket to indicate statuses such as existing blockers related to the ticket.
