Changing ticket status
Xapi enables the organization owner, organization admins, and project members to change the ticket status so that the progress of the ticket can be marked.
To change the ticket status:

You may perform either of the following options

Option A: Select a preferred ticket and drag and drop it to the next status.

Option B: Open a preferred Kanban ticket and change the status from the Status field.
An Xapi user's privilege to change the ticket status depends on the current ticket status and the user type as given below:
