Hiding Kanban ticket

Xapi faciliates the organization owner, organization admins and project members to hide Kanban tickets from the standard Kanban board's default view.

To hide a Kanban ticket:

1. Select a preferred Kanban ticket. Note that the Kanban ticket pop-up appears.

2. Enable the Hide from standard Kanban toggle.

   
   
   

   Note that the Kanban ticket is hidden from the standard Kanban board view.

3. To view a hidden Kanban ticket, on the Kanban board top-navigation bar, click Show Hidden Tickets.

   
   
   

   Note that the hidden tickets appears.

   
   
   

4. To unhide a hidden ticket: a. Open the hidden ticket by clicking on it. b. Disable the Hide from standard Kanban toggle.
